Including abdominal lymph nodes examination into your standard abdominal scanning protocol is key in order to provide a thorough work up and get full information about your case. Although scanning those lymph nodes might appear challenging, join us in this session to learn all the tips and tricks to be able to image those lymph nodes consistently and confidently. Ultrasound will confirm and localise the presence of a lesion; however seldom can lead you to a final diagnosis. Sampling for Cytology or Histopathology is the next step. We will review and discuss in this session the different sampling techniques and share all the tips so you can work closely with your Pathologist and make most of your samples.

In this session we will discuss protocols for scan admission, methods to deliver and share the ultrasound reports as well as discuss the subsequent management recommendations with the owners. Cytology and Histopathology approach will be covered as well.
